Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. The revocation must be sent by email to: info@peters-shop.de

The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. Goods returned freight collect will not be accepted.

Return: There is no return for products where the sealed cover has been removed according to the Hygiene Act, for products that are manufactured individually for each person, and for products where the manufacturer of the product does not offer a right of return. The conditions are also indicated in the offer.
