Shipping policy

The products are shipped within Germany as a parcel with DHL. Outside of Germany, shipping is via DHL as a package via Warenpost International. For international shipping EU, the customer can choose from 2 shipping options. The shipping costs are as follows:

Germany: DHL package: 5.90 €

EU (European Union) DHL parcel uninsured with tracking: 6.90 €

EU (European Union) DHL package insured with tracking: 12.90 €

All other countries worldwide:

World - DHL Paket uninsured with tracking: 7.90 €

World - DHL Paket insured with tracking: Prices on request and vary depending on the country

1-3 days within Germany

5 - 10 days abroad Europe
